TrackMan Combine & Golf Skills Assessments
“Why guess when you can objectively measure?”
TrackMan technology has been become one of the best tools in golf. No piece of equipment has been as instrumental in coaching, researching, and discovering what happens at the point of impact to CAUSE ball flight in the last 10 years. Some general facts about TrackMan usage:
- 100% of major winners used TrackMan in their training from 2015-2018
- TrackMan Combine has become the “gold standard” for standardized ball striking test (Guided Practice – Transfer Training)
- Performance Coaches use TrackMan to create custom block and random practice golf skills assessments to accelerate the learning process
- TrackMan objectively measures WHY and HOW golfers create distance, spin, and ball flight
- TrackMan research has defined what impact wind, weather, and elevation have on golf ball performance
- With TrackMan data, a performance coach can make sure a golfer optimizes all their equipment to ensure the best performance on the course
One of the most powerful uses of TrackMan is for coaches to create custom block and random practice golf skills assessments to accelerate the learning process. In the hands of an experienced coach, TrackMan can give accurate data to create an assessment of a golfers strength’s and weaknesses. This data collection is then used to create performance programs to efficiently improve performance on the golf course.
WHAT IS THE TRACKMAN COMBINE?
The TrackMan Combine tests your ability to hit shots ranging from 60 yards up to the driver. It’s a 40 minute test that evaluates your distance control and accuracy throughout your bag as well as your ability to hit the driver long and straight.
On average, a TOUR Player will hit the ball 18 feet from the hole at 100 yards.
*The average TOUR Player will only make this putt 17% of the time!
WHY SHOULD I TAKE THE TRACKMAN COMBINE TEST?
- Whether you are an aspiring junior player or leisure golfer, the TrackMan Combine can help you find the strengths and weaknesses of your game.
- Is my driver a good fit for me?
- What is my best distance to layup to?
- Do I know how far I carry my clubs?
- Should I add another wedge to my bag?
- Am I good enough to play college golf?
- What are my common swing faults?

I can’t recall a more effective and efficient golf practice protocol.
Conrad Ray, Men’s Coach Stanford University
The TrackMan Combine delivers in 40 minutes what it would take a golfer hundreds of rounds of painstaking data collection. It is by far the most complete ball striking assessment I have seen painstaking data collection. It is by far the most complete ball striking assessment I have seen.
